Socially minded entrepreneurs selected at event at Cambridge Judge Business School.
A new cohort of 14 ventures with social impact has been announced by Social Incubator East, a Cambridge-based organisation which selected the ventures at a three-day event at Cambridge Judge Business School.
The ventures – which come from a range of fields including genomics, finance and community arts – will receive 12 months of business support, office space and loan finance as they seek to scale up. This support includes training from Cambridge Judge experts aimed at creating viable business plans and securing early customers.
This is the second cohort selected by Social Incubator East, which held a Social Venture Weekend at Cambridge Judge 8-10 October that attracted 60 social entrepreneurs. The next Social Venture Weekend at Cambridge Judge will be held 27 February-1 March 2015.
