Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School is once again running its ‘Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers’ programme, which is essential for anyone looking to improve their understanding of finance and make more informed business decisions.
The programme aims to teach the basics of accounting, financial terminology and financial analysis techniques by using a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, work examples and class discussion, to demystify the language of finance for non-financial managers.
On completion of this practical and fast-paced two-day programme, delegates will be able to review, interpret and utilise annual reports and financial information, interpret a company’s profitability, solvency and liquidity and comprehend relevant costs, overhead allocations and contribution margin.

‘Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers’ is a two-day programme that takes place twice yearly. Participants earn a certificate on completing the programme and it counts as one programme for those completing the Cambridge Executive Education General Management Programme of Achievement.
