Dr Hadida gets creative at a round table discussion to take place on 2 May

Allègre HadidaDr Allègre Hadida, from Cambridge Judge Business School, will be taking part in a Round Table discussion entitled ‘Performance and its Contexts: Disciplinary Perspectives’ this evening, 2 May 2012.

Taking place at the University of Cambridge’s Faculty of English, the event is being hosted by the Drama Studio and will explore the concept of performance, with wide-ranging representation from different disciplines in Cambridge. Each speaker will discuss performance from their disciplinary perspective, to catalyse discussion on perceptions of performance within Cambridge and beyond.

Dr Hadida will be joined by five other speakers, including:

  • Professor John Rink, Director of the AHRC Research Centre for Musical Performance as Creative Practice
  • Professor Andrew Webber and Dr Lucia Ruprecht, Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages
  • Clare Foster, Faculty of Classics
  • Dr Michael Hrebeniak, Faculty of English

In addition to discussing the concept of performance in business research, Dr Hadida will also be talking about the primary findings of her own research on performance in the creative industries.
