Tian Tao is the Chief Strategic Counsellor to Huawei, now the largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer in the world. Tian serves as a member of the International Advisory Council of Huawei , which plays a pivotal advisory role in Huawei’s global strategy.
Tian is also a Co-director of Ruihua Research Institute for Innovation Management at Zhejiang University. He is also the founding editor of Top Capital, an influential business magazine in China. Since 1999, he has written extensively on Huawei and its management, including bestselling book The Huawei Story.
