Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education are excited to be collaborating with the 30% Club to offer a scholarship for the Cambridge Rising Women Leaders Programme. The scholarship will offer a fully funded place on the two-day programme, starting with the programme hosted in Cambridge in September 2017.

To apply for the scholarship, we are asking employers to submit a short summary of their nominee, telling us about their skills and leadership potential. We also ask nominees to partake in the submission by letting us know how the programme will benefit their career and personal development aspirations.

Professor Sucheta Nadkarni of Cambridge Judge Business School, who is the programme’s academic director, comments: “It’s vital that we support and invest in female talent. The benefits of an empowered female workforce are clear and we are committed to helping women of all backgrounds achieve their potential.”

The Cambridge Rising Women Leaders Programme is aimed at women in the early and middle stages of their career who are looking to build their skills and networks, equipping them with the confidence to build ambitious and successful careers.

The 30% Club scholarships will form a significant part of the activities led by Cambridge Judge’s Wo+Men’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), which acts as a platform for empowering and enabling female leadership globally.

Brenda Trenowden, Global Chair for the 30% Club, says: “We are delighted about the partnership on this programme. The scholarships aim is to help junior and middle level women realise their aspirations of rising to top positions and to help companies improve the pipeline of female executives.”
