The Journal: Love me, love me not?

A report co-authored at Cambridge Judge Business School found that there’s a “disconnect between law firms and their clients” as senior partners often lack a basic knowledge of the client’s business. The report found that firms that acquire deep knowledge of their clients’ world and can give trusted advice on business decisions, not just the law, score more highly than their more narrowly focused competitors.
