Professor Sucheta Nadkarni of the Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre and a panel of Executive MBA alumni explore the importance of gender diversity at the senior management level, and how women can proactively prepare themselves for senior leadership positions.

This event will provide insights for both men and women wanting a better understanding of how to facilitate diversity in the workplace, and explain how the Cambridge Executive MBA programme can help individuals to prepare and follow up on their career ambitions.

A dinner and drinks reception will be held afterwards which will give you a chance to network with fellow attendees.
