Explore the relationship between diversity and leadership with a keynote speech by Professor Dame Sandra Dawson and hear from Executive MBA alumni working on initiatives to promote gender balance in the workplace.

The Executive MBA women’s networking event is an opportunity to hear about and discuss work being done by women and men to promote gender balance in the workplace, and to meet the Executive MBA Admissions Team to learn more about the programme. The event brings together distinguished speakers, Executive MBA alumni and current students, and people interested in the programme, for an exciting and illuminating evening of talks.

This year we are delighted to welcome Professor Dame Sandra Dawson. Professor Dawson will discuss the relationship between diversity and leadership in a keynote speech, followed by Q&A.

We’re also delighted to welcome a panel of Executive MBA alumni, all of whom are involved in initiatives focused on the issue of gender diversity within their own organisations and beyond. During this facilitated panel, our alumni will talk about their work and take questions from the audience.

Following the event, there will be a buffet dinner and refreshments, and an opportunity to network with the speakers and other attendees.

The EMBA Admissions Team will be at the event to meet people considering applying for the programme. If you would like to book a one-to-one meeting with a member of the team, please indicate this when you complete the form below.

The Executive MBA women’s networking event is open to women and men.
