A research paper on inclusive innovation co-authored by Jaideep Prabhu, Jawaharlal Nehru Professor of Indian Business & Enterprise at Cambridge Judge Business School, has been chosen as a winning paper in the annual Emerald Citations of Excellence awards for highly cited papers in business management, finance, accounting, economics and marketing.
The awards, given by Emerald Group Publishing, are based on citations of papers published in a previous year (in this case 2012), but also taking account the papers themselves in terms of novelty, relevance and interdisciplinary interest.
The paper “Innovation for inclusive growth: towards a theoretical framework and a research agenda” was authored by Gerald George of Imperial College London, Anita McGahan of the University of Toronto and Jaideep Prabhu of Cambridge Judge, and was published in the Journal of Management Studies.
The paper outlines opportunities for inclusive innovation that benefits the disenfranchised.
