Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre sponsors SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards.
Cambridge Judge Business School’s Entrepreneurship Centre is a platinum sponsor of the inaugural SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards. The awards are an important opportunity to share the School’s vision to raise the profile of and support small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in Cambridgeshire.
As part of the sponsorship, the Entrepreneurship Centre has devised a new awards category to honour local engines of growth. The High Growth Business of the Year Award will celebrate the achievements of those who are making a substantial contribution to the local economy through their entrepreneurial business endeavours and demonstrating an appetite for growth potential.
Professor Stylianos (Stelios) Kavadias, Director of the Entrepreneurship Centre at Cambridge Judge said:
We are delighted to be a platinum sponsor of the SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards. The Entrepreneurship Centre is enabling business founders and their senior management teams to manage effective and sustainable growth through support programmes such as our SME Growth Challenge. We recognise the need to celebrate and boost high growth potential SMEs for the benefit of the economy.
The SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards launch event is on Tuesday 4 October 2016 at Regus, Cambridge. Businesses across the region are invited to join the event to find out more and to network with a high-value gathering of senior business managers, higher education faculty and SME support networks.
